The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the Radiology administration function at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital and Alton Community Hospital. This will include the direct line management of all the booking and reception staff, waiting list management for both sites and ensuring all modalities are optimised through effective service management. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong managerial skills, and be motivated towards service improvement. They will be expected to review working practices and systems and make recommendations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services, to ensure compliance with all local and national targets. This role is required to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service.
